Zane Froerer is an attorney who has focused his practice on civil litigation, land use disputes, real property entitlements, zoning, real estate, intellectual property, boundary disputes, probate and trust disputes, and commercial disputes. He has participated in several trials and successfully appealed multiple cases. He has experience in both Federal and State Courts.
He has previously served on the Board of Directors with the Utah Apartment Association, helping to advise the industry, draft legislation, and shape policy. He is frequently called upon to advise and assist other attorneys on litigation strategy and practice with his in-depth knowledge of civil procedure.
His free time is spent with his family who frequently participate in sporting activities and tournaments. His wife is a full-time junior high school teacher, so being available and being committed to participating in his kid’s activities is a priority for him. He also volunteers as a youth soccer coach.
