Utah native Bryce Froerer has been with the family firm since 1994. His practice focus is on family law and estate planning, including wills, trusts, and probate. Bryce is a problem solver who enjoys finding the right solutions for his clients. Married with four sons, he is active in many church, community, and business organizations, and is a board member for the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Robert is the senior member of Froerer & Miles, working with the firm for over 30 years. He practices personal injury, real estate, family law, and contract law. Robert believes in the importance of attorney-client communication, and makes a point of keeping clients informed and updated. A past board member for many community and philanthropic organizations, he enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his grandchildren.
Kelly has been practicing at our firm for more than 25 years, with extensive experience in personal injury, business law, estate planning and administration, and elder law. Kelly is active on the board of many local organizations, and is a former chair for McKay-Dee Hospital. He and his wife are both Ogden natives, and raised four children who are Ogden community members. He enjoys church, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Mr. Froerer has developed a practice with an emphasis in civil litigation and real property law. With experience in litigating estate, probate and trust issues, boundary, use, and construction matters, and commercial and business disputes, Mr. Froerer has focused on developing trial strategies and risk assessments that work for our clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Froerer also provides our property owner clients with counsel on various real property and business issues ranging from acquisition and transaction matters to intellectual property. One long time area of focus for Mr. Froerer has been landlord/tenant law. Having deep family roots in real estate and property management, Mr. Froerer has developed a practical and efficient eviction process for landlords. Our collection department is supervised and administered by Mr. Froerer as an extension of his representation of landlords and business interests.
